We at NGAFL are fortunate to have a fantastic working relationship with many corporate partners. We offer many way for you to support our association. We work hand in hand to help you display and distribute information about your company to our members. We have opportunities for you to inform our soldiers and airmen about your products or services during our annual state conference. We can assist with getting your information to the right departments within the Florida National Guard.

- Become a Patriot Partner and have a booth at our annual state conference. We have 5 Patriot Partner levels which include varying benefits based on level of membership.
- Non Partner level, Have a booth at our annual state conference but not attend special functions of the Patriot Partner levels such as the Patriot Partner Dinner.

We will be holding our 2025 State Conference May 28-31, 2026 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, Lake Buena Vista South, 4955 Kyngs Heath Dr., Kissimmee, FL 34745. We will kick off our conference on Thursday evening with our corporate reception and Patriot Partner Dinner. Friday morning we will hold our golf tournament, Friday afternoon at 4:30pm. we will have our Ribbon Cutting and Welcome Reception in the exhibit hall. Saturday morning we will have our funrun beginning at 6:30 am. The exhibit hall opens at 7:30 am until 3:00 pm. Coffee Breaks and Lunch will be in the exhibit hall to increase traffic into the exhibit hall. Saturday Evening we will have our Military Ball. Sunday Morning we will close out our conference with a Prayer Service. Our hotel cost is $145.00 per night
